At Jatpura.com, we strive to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience for all customers in Chandrapur district.
Since our platform connects local vendors with local buyers, each seller manages their own return and refund process under guidelines set by Vedatech Traders.

This policy explains how refunds, returns, and cancellations are handled for purchases made on our platform.


2. Vendor Responsibility

Each vendor/shop owner listed on Jatpura.com is an independent seller responsible for:

  • Describing products accurately

  • Maintaining product quality and condition

  • Clearly mentioning return, refund, or replacement policies on their shop page

If a vendor fails to comply, Jatpura.com reserves the right to suspend their listing or take appropriate action.


3. Return Eligibility

A return request may be accepted under the following conditions:
Product received is damaged, defective, or not as described
Wrong product delivered
Product missing from package

Return requests must be raised within 3–7 days of delivery (depending on vendor policy).
To initiate a return, customers must contact the respective vendor or email admin@jatpura.com with:

  • Order ID

  • Product name

  • Clear photos/videos showing the issue


4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Food, beverages, and perishable items

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Electronics after seal is broken

  • Downloadable digital products

Always check the vendor’s individual policy before purchase.


5. Refund Process

Once a return is approved:

  • Refunds are processed by the vendor or through Jatpura.com’s mediation (in select cases).

  • Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit, as applicable.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days after confirmation and verification.


6. Order Cancellation

  • Customers can cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting the vendor directly or emailing admin@jatpura.com.

  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible; the buyer may instead apply for a return (as per policy).

  • Vendors also reserve the right to cancel orders in case of unavailability, incorrect pricing, or payment issues.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or UPI account again.

  2. Contact your payment provider or bank (processing delays may occur).

  3. If still unresolved, contact us at admin@jatpura.com with your order details.


8. Dispute Resolution

In case of any disagreement between customer and vendor, Jatpura.com acts as a neutral facilitator to help both parties reach a fair solution.
Our goal is to ensure transparency, fairness, and customer satisfaction within local trade.
